Job Title: Social Media Management Intern Location: Noida Company: Ono Creators Duration: Internship (Paid) Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance) Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Management Intern to support our marketing and content teams. The ideal candidate is someone who lives and breathes social media, understands trends, and knows how to drive engagement organically. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience with top-tier clients and content creators. Key Responsibilities: Manage and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, etc.) Curate engaging copy and captions aligned with brand tone and objectives Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and community interactions Track performance metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach, impressions) and prepare basic analytics reports Collaborate with design, video, and content teams to develop innovative campaigns Respond to comments and DMs in a timely and professional manner Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and recommend adjustments accordingly Conduct hashtag and influencer research for campaigns Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in social media management Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or Meta Business Suite Basic knowledge of content creation, reels, and short-form video trends Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment A passion for digital content, creativity, and community engagement Send your resume to ritika.sharma@onocreators.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
