We’re a fast-growing influencer marketing agency working with top brands and platforms in gaming, lifestyle, and entertainment. We’re now expanding our exclusive creator network and looking for a passionate, YouTube-savvy Influencer Marketing Manager who can spot emerging talent and sign creators exclusively to our agency.

What You’ll Do:

• Scout and build relationships with emerging content creators (YouTube-focused).

• Pitch and sign creators exclusively to the agency.

• Maintain strong relationships with signed creators, understanding their growth goals and content vision.

• Stay on top of YouTube and creator economy trends, emerging niches, and viral creators.

• Collaborate with the internal team to align on category goals and talent acquisition strategy.

Who You Are:

• You live and breathe YouTube – you’re always watching, discovering new creators, and understand the content ecosystem.

• You have 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator relations.

• You know how to build genuine relationships with creators and sell a vision that makes them want to be part of something long-term.

• You’re not a brand manager or campaign executor – you’re a talent hunter.

• Great communication and negotiation skills.

• Mumbai-based or willing to relocate.

Bonus Points If:

• You’ve previously worked at a talent agency or influencer management firm.

• You have an existing network of emerging creators.

• You’re active on social media yourself and understand content virality.
