1) Influencer Marketing Intern (Talent Management)

This is an in-office roles designed to give you hands-on experience in the influencer marketing ecosystem—with strong potential for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on your performance.

Role: Talent Management Intern ( Influencer Marketing)

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in onboarding and managing a roster of digital creators and influencers.
• Coordinate between creators and brands for smooth communication and timely deliverables.
• Research and pitch brand collaboration opportunities across different sectors.
• Support the creators by pitching brand collaboration opportunities for creators across verticals.
• Support in negotiating deliverables, timelines, and commercials under guidance.
• Maintain updated databases of creators, campaigns, and brand contacts.
• Track and analyse creator performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI, etc.).
• Contribute creative ideas for talent growth and brand positioning strategies.

Ideal Candidate :

• A fresher (0–1 year of experience) passionate about marketing, media, or influencer culture.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Curious, organized, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• A social media enthusiast who understands influencer dynamics.
• Ideally Graduated in Mass Communication, Marketing, or PR.
