Job Description

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Marketing Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales by identifying and engaging with potential brand clients, selling influencer marketing campaigns, and building long-term partnerships with brands and influencers. This role requires a strong understanding of influencer marketing, excellent sales skills, and the ability to manage client relationships to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients interested in influencer marketing and brand partnership campaigns.
  • Develop and pitch influencer marketing sales proposals tailored to the client’s brand and marketing goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing customized influencer marketing solutions.
  • Collaborate with the influencer marketing team to create effective campaign strategies that meet clients’ objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Monitor and report on campaign progress and client satisfaction to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, influencer marketing tools, and competitor activities to provide insights and sales advantages.
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to expand client base and brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or advertising sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management is a plus.

Pay: ₹11,760.91 - ₹59,280.30 per month
