Influencer Marketing Executive (YouTube)

Work Hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM (IST)

We’re hiring Influencer Marketing Executive (YouTube) to drive brand sponsorships and partnerships for our international tech YouTube channel. We welcome applicants from Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Gujarat, and other metros who are open to relocating to Vrindavan (relocation at candidate’s expense).

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Influencer Partnerships

• Identify, reach out to, and respond to brands & influencers professionally.
• Gather and evaluate influencer rate cards; answer queries and negotiate terms.
• Pitch and convince brands to collaborate on product launches with relevant creators.
• Draft, review, and close partnership contracts with global companies.
• Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution with influencers and internal teams.

Social Media & Digital Marketing (Collaboration)

• Partner with our team on social media handling for campaign rollouts (YouTube, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook) and content calendars.
• Support digital marketing initiatives that amplify BD goals (lead gen, paid boosts, email, basic SEO for video discoverability).
• Help track campaign performance via analytics dashboards (YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) and share insights.

Process & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records in Excel/Google Sheets (rate cards, pipeline, contracts, POs, invoices, KPIs).
• Keep a structured CRM/lead tracker; ensure timely follow-ups and closures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (Required).
• Excellent written and fluent spoken English with confident client communication.
• 2+ years in Business Development/Partnerships/Influencer Marketing (tech/media preferred).
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and contract management skills; proactive, fast learner, and target-oriented.
• Preferred: Hands-on social media handling for brands/influencers (content calendars, community, basic creatives/briefs) and digital marketing exposure (campaign setup/coordination, analytics, funnel basics).
• Nice to have (not required): Familiarity with tools like YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics/Looker Studio, Google Ads basics, Canva or similar, Excel/Google Sheets (pivots/lookups), and a CRM.

Salary & Benefits
