Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview:

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator with experience in creating and managing influencer campaigns that drive sales. You will work closely with influencers to promote our products, increase brand awareness, and most importantly, boost revenue. If you have a passion for working with influencers and a proven track record of sales-driven results, we'd love to have you on our team!

Your contribution to the team:

• Craft and execute end to end influencer campaigns on IG, FB, YT, Linkedin, and other platforms.
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns that focus on driving sales.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with influencers who align with our brand.
• Negotiate partnerships and manage contracts with influencers.
• Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, focusing on metrics like conversion rates and sales generated.
• Collaborate with influencers to create content that resonates with their audience and promotes our products effectively.
• Optimize campaigns based on data to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends and best practices, especially those related to sales conversions.

Must have skills:

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on driving sales.
• Proven ability to deliver results in sales-driven campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their impact on sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better outcomes.
• Experience working with influencer marketing platforms or tools.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies such as email marketing or paid social.
