We excel in influencer discovery and campaign execution, boasting a vast network of influencers across various industries. Our team manages influencer relationships and client communications to create impactful content videos and films. We handle every aspect of influencer marketing campaigns from planning to monitoring. Recognized for our contributions, we have received several awards for our innovative approach in digital media and influencer marketing.

Role Description

Influencer Marketing:

• Strategically identify and onboard influencers aligned with brand goals, audience

demographics, and campaign objectives.

• Lead influencer outreach and manage partnership negotiations and contracts.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns.

• Analyze campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, ROI) and provide

actionable insights and reports.

• Collaborate with content, social media, and creative teams to ensure cohesive

messaging across all platforms.

• Stay ahead of influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and evolving best

practices to inform strategy and innovation.


Business Development:

• Develop and execute strategies to identify new business opportunities, partnerships,

and market segments.

• Lead the preparation of business proposals, sales presentations, and client pitches.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring

high levels of client satisfaction.

• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support strategic decision making.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

• Contribute to long-term strategic planning for company growth and expansion.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing
  • Public Relations skills
  • Sales experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Budget is 06k to 08k
