The Role

We're looking for a strategic and well-connected Influencer marketer to join our crew. You will be the driving force behind our influencer campaigns, from initial strategy and talent sourcing to flawless execution and performance analysis. This is your chance to shape the future of content for major brands and build powerful relationships with top-tier talent.

What You'll Do

• Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies that align with brand objectives, driving awareness, engagement, and growth.
• Talent Management: Identify, vet, and build strong relationships with a diverse range of influencers, KOLs, and celebrities. You know who's who and what they're worth.
• Campaign Lifecycle Management: Own the entire process—from negotiating contracts and creating compelling briefs to overseeing content creation and ensuring final assets meet brand guidelines.
• Content Innovation: Help define content principles, create shooting guides, and contribute to our 'virtual lab' for innovative KOL product presentations.
• Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics using various tools, and deliver actionable insights for optimisation to internal teams and clients.

Who You Are

• You live and breathe social media and have an encyclopedic knowledge of the influencer landscape in India.
• You have proven experience managing successful, large-scale influencer campaigns for B2C brands, from micro-influencers to celebrities.
• You are a master communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder.
• You possess a strategic mindset with the ability to craft clear briefs and breakthrough campaign concepts.
• You are highly analytical, with strong experience in performance metrics, reporting tools, budgeting, and contract negotiation.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have existing relationships with influencers, talent, and their management.
• Are familiar with content rights and legal contracting.
• Are an influencer or content creator yourself!
