About the Role:

Influencer Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities:

1️⃣ Assist in identifying, reaching out, and onboarding relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.

2️⃣ Maintain influencer databases and ensure timely communication.

3️⃣ Support in executing influencer campaigns from ideation to reporting.

4️⃣ Track campaign performance and prepare reports with key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).

5️⃣ Stay updated with social media trends and influencer marketing best practices.

6️⃣ Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, brand) to align influencer activities with campaign goals.

Requirements:

➡️ Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.

➡️ Strong interest in influencer marketing, trends, and brand collaborations

➡️ Good communication and negotiation skills.

➡️ Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.

➡️ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
