We’re looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Expert to manage and optimize ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. You’ll be responsible for crafting data-backed strategies, executing high-ROI campaigns, and driving measurable growth.
1. Plan, execute, and scale Meta ad campaigns
2. Optimize for performance (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
3. Implement advanced audience targeting & retargeting
4. Collaborate with creatives for ad development
5. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance
1. 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
2. Strong knowledge of pixel setup, tracking, and attribution
3. Proven success in running ROI-focused campaigns
4. Analytical mindset and creative acumen
5. UTM tracking, funnel strategies, Google Analytics
