Key Responsibilities :

• Identify, reach out to, and onboard relevant influencers or influencer marketing agencies aligned with our brand goals.
• Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercials directly with creators or through agency partners.
• Execute and manage influencer campaigns end-to-end — from briefing and content coordination to approvals and final reporting.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and ROI.
• Maintain and regularly update influencer databases, campaign trackers, and performance dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets
• Stay updated with emerging content trends, platform updates, and top-performing formats.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally in a startup or D2C environment
• Experience managing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
• Experience managing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
• Experience managing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms

Bonus points (Good to have) :
