The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
Influencer Outreach & Onboarding
- Research, identify, and conduct outreach to influencers (MCN or Individual) across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Support the onboarding of influencers into the InfluenConnect platform, ensuring accurate profiles and data.
- Assist in maintaining relationships with influencers and supporting community engagement.
- Track influencer activities and performance for reporting.
Media & Partnership Support
- Assist in outreach to media outlets, agencies, and event organizers.
- Support creation of partnership materials (e.g., media kits, proposals).
- Track and log partnership activities, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Monitor competitor activities in the influencer/media space.
Client & Campaign Support
- Assist clients in navigating the InfluenConnect platform for influencer discovery.
- Coordinate communications between influencers, media partners, and clients when required.
- Support campaign setup, tracking deliverables, and gathering approvals.
- Prepare campaign performance reports that summarise outcomes.
Ideal Profile
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or community partnerships.
- Hands-on execution of outreach and onboarding.
- Able to work across multiple countries.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and process-driven.
- Strong coordination and reporting skills
- Clear and professional communication, written and verbal. English is mandatory.
