The Role Key Responsibilities New Business Development (SaaS & Services) & Client Outreach: Prospect and acquire new clients and users for the InfluenConnect SaaS platform and Comms8 marketing solutions. Conduct demos, presentations, and tailored pitches to decision-makers. Involve in pre-sales activities e.g: initial payment terms discussions, contract negotiations and alignment with prospects. Actively tracking related KPI and providing related reports e.g : funnel performance, pipe time progress, etc. Attending and or organizing business networking related events. Client Engagement Analyzing and understanding the client needs and position InfluenConnect as the go-to influencer marketing SaaS. Cross-sell and upsell Comms8’s marketing services alongside the SaaS platform. Develop, retain and upsell to existing clients in order to generate potential revenues. Market & Partnership Development Conduct necessary research and map out potential markets, industries, and client segments. Establish partnerships with agencies, influencers, and ecosystem players to expand reach. Stay updated on influencer marketing and SaaS trends to inform business strategy. Ideal Profile Proven track record (3+ years) in SaaS business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally with MarTech, or digital marketing services experience. Strong understanding of influencer marketing, digital campaigns, and brand partnerships. Ability to manage a full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing and able to conduct large scale outreach and cold calls strategy. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience working across international markets (Asia and Western markets preferred). Strong problem-solving skills and resilience in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with SaaS subscription models and KPIs (ARR, MRR, churn, LTV). Preferably having a network within marketing agencies, brands, or influencer ecosystems. English proficiency is mandatory. The Role You Will Be Responsible For Influencer Outreach & Onboarding Research, identify, and conduct outreach to influencers (MCN or Individual) across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Support the onboarding of influencers into the InfluenConnect platform, ensuring accurate profiles and data. Assist in maintaining relationships with influencers and supporting community engagement. Track influencer activities and performance for reporting. Media & Partnership Support Assist in outreach to media outlets, agencies, and event organizers. Support creation of partnership materials (e.g., media kits, proposals). Track and log partnership activities, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Monitor competitor activities in the influencer/media space. Client & Campaign Support Assist clients in navigating the InfluenConnect platform for influencer discovery. Coordinate communications between influencers, media partners, and clients when required. Support campaign setup, tracking deliverables, and gathering approvals. Prepare campaign performance reports that summarise outcomes. Ideal Profile A minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or community partnerships. Hands-on execution of outreach and onboarding. Able to work across multiple countries. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and process-driven. About The Role We’re hiring a Technical Product Manager to lead platform delivery and internal systems development across both InfluenConnect and Comms8. You’ll report to the Managing Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams to: Drive core feature development on our SaaS platform (InfluenConnect) Oversee automation and tool-building to improve operational efficiency This is a dual-role opportunity with clear ownership of technical execution. You’ll be fluent in product thinking, capable of translating business goals into dev-ready plans, and ideally comfortable implementing features independently as we reduce reliance on external developers. Key Responsibilities Platform & Product Management Drive delivery of new features: discovery tools, UX improvements, creator onboarding, affiliate tracking, etc. Translate business objectives into roadmaps, sprint plans, and technical briefs Collaborate with external developers, internal analysts, and user teams Prioritize and launch scalable, user-centric features aligned with platform growth goals Internal Systems & Automation Lead system automation projects (CRM workflows, dashboards, content scheduling, supplier databases) Work with internal stakeholders and junior automation team (e.g. Airtable, Zapier, Looker Studio) Develop internal documentation and training materials for newly implemented tools Cross-Functional Management Use Trello, Jira, or Notion to manage project pipelines and team accountability Report regularly to the founder and unblock team progress as needed Balance fast delivery with long-term product quality and technical scale
