Educational Qualifications:

Hold a Bachelor's (BE/B. Tech) or masters degree or Doctorate in Oils & Fats or chemical engineering or Biotechnology or Food Technology or Biochemistry or Bioprocessing.

Professional Experience:

Possess 5-10 years of professional experience in a related Oils & Fats Processing field.

Technical Expertise:

Demonstrate exceptional process skills in the Oils & Fats Processing.
Showcase strong analytical capabilities, with proven experience handling sophisticated instruments such as Spectrophotometers, HPLC, GC, NIR, etc.

Troubleshooting Skills:

Exhibit a proven ability to troubleshoot processes effectively and efficiently.
Willingness to Travel:
Be open to extensive travel across India to deliver high-quality technical services to Oils & Fats Processing plants.
Experimental Leadership:
Develop and lead the execution of experimental plans for plant trials, while effectively communicating findings and conclusions to drive business development.
Personal Attributes:
Display innovation, proactivity, and a strong sense of responsibility in all aspects of your work.
Data Analysis Skills:
Be proficient in statistical data analysis and data management using MS Excel or other relevant tools.
