About the Role:

Industrial Trainee M&A Advisory

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, including target identification, valuation, and deal structuring.
Conduct industry and company research to support business development and client presentations.
Develop and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions).
Prepare pitch books, information memoranda, and other deal-related materials.
Support due diligence processes and coordinate data requirements with clients.
Track market trends, transaction activity, and key financial metrics in relevant sectors.
Assist in creating client proposals and engagement documents.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including tax, legal, and due diligence teams during deal execution.
