Job Description

Operations Management:
- Supervise daily F&B operations at the clubhouse caf /restaurant/bar.
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen staff, servers, and housekeeping for a unified guest experience.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of ingredients and supplies.
Service Excellence:
- Ensure top-notch customer service by training and guiding staff on hospitality standards.
- Interact with residents/guests to take feedback and resolve any service-related concerns.
- Organize and manage F&B services for in-house events, private parties, and community gatherings.
Vendor & Staff Coordination:
- Liaise with F&B vendors, chefs, catering partners, and delivery associates for quality and compliance.
- Monitor outsourced teams (if applicable) for performance, punctuality, and grooming.
- Support hiring and training of F&B service staff and stewards.
Compliance & Hygiene:
- Ensure strict adherence to FSSAI, health, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular hygiene checks in the kitchen and service areas.
- Ensure all licenses and regulatory permits related to F&B are valid and up to date.
Menu & Costing Support:
- Collaborate with chefs on menu planning based on resident preferences and seasonal trends.
- Monitor daily sales and ensure effective cost control without compromising quality.
- Suggest pricing, promotions, or special dishes based on usage trends and feedback.
Inventory & Reporting:
- Maintain proper records of stock, wastage, consumption, and sales.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management on performance and feedback.
- Handle petty cash and ensure bills are processed as per SOP.
