Industrial Equipment Sales Representative

selling machinery/tools (heavy, industrial, construction, medical, etc.) by finding clients, understanding needs, demonstrating products, negotiating deals, and providing post-sales support to meet targets, requiring strong product knowledge, relationship-building, and strategic selling.  Key duties include prospecting, product demos, contract negotiation, sales reporting, and staying updated on industry trends to drive revenue growth.  Key Responsibilities: Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify new customers, cultivate leads, and expand customer base in assigned territories. Customer Engagement: Travel to client sites, conduct product demonstrations, explain features, and offer tailored solutions. Sales & Negotiation: Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing/terms, close sales, and meet/exceed sales targets. Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service. Technical Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitor activities. Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide sales forecasts and activity reports to management. Support: Arrange installations, provide application support, and coordinate with technical teams for complex needs.  Essential Skills & Qualifications: Proven sales experience, ideally in industrial or heavy equipment. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand complex technical products. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
