Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct Work studies, cycle time studies, and line balancing for series production sections.
Analyze work content to define accurate standard times and optimize workstation layout and sequence.
Prepare required monthly manshifts and labour cost based on production schedule.
Support detailed process analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
Recommend solutions for throughput improvement, space utilization, and productivity enhancement.
Lead Lean, Kaizen, and Focused Improvement projects in collaboration with production, quality, maintenance, and business center teams.
Drive implementation and ensure achievement of measurable results such as cycle time reduction, cost saving, and waste elimination.
Execute cost reduction programs by improving processes, reducing non-value-added activities, and enhancing productivity.
Coordinate with Central Process Engineering team for initiatives related to Industrial Engineering.
Prepare MIS and dashboards for management

Preferred candidate profile

•Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

•3-5 years of experience in IE, Lean, or productivity improvement roles (in manufacturing).

•Strong knowledge of Work Study. Knowledge in MOST will be preferred

•Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.

•Good communication, coordination, and project management skills.
