Job Description

Job Responsibility :

Analyze and evaluate existing systems and processes, identifying value-added and non-value-added activities.
Develop and design robust manufacturing concepts to simplify/improve manufacturing processes to ensure best practice.
Implementation of lean tools, bottleneck identification and capacity enhancement
Monthly Headcount Approval preparation based on month production plan.
Daily Productivity calculation and DWR preparation
Manpower reduction
MI-7 audit to improve Manufacturing Excellency
Plan for daily, weekly production improvement through Kaizens, Poka-yokes, and mistake proofing methods.
New model line setting
Reduce the Standard Unit Time / Throughput Time, Lead Time.
Generate ideas to improve UPH, productivity.
Generate ideas to reduce losses such as Model Change over time.
Maintain and increase the LOB as per the current month production plan.
