Role & responsibilities 5. Primary Responsibilities: 5.1 Pre shipment Inspection: a) Pre shipment Audit. b) Water Tight Test c) .DHR Preparation. d) Counter Samples maintenance. 5.2 Pre shipment Audit verification of all Export Consignments. 5.3 In process - QC check verification - ET Machine / Walleting / Pouching & Final Packing. 5.4 Monitoring Calibration activity by external agency. 5.5 Inspection and Testing of outsourced gloves (imported gloves). 5.6 Competitors Glove Evaluation and Reporting to HOD. 5.7 Monitoring and Reporting the Real Time Ageing study activities. 5.8 For External lab testing samples to be prepared and sent to the labs and follow up. 5.9 Monitoring for reports of all QC –Inspection and their daily work. 5.10 Lot rejection and acceptance verified and reported to HOD. 5.11. In the case of customer complaint, details for Investigation and submitted to HOD. 5.12 To Ensure 5s activities, Kaizen are followed periodically. 5.13 To Ensure / Housekeeping activities inside the production area 5.14 To ensure the competence mapping /Skill Analysis for all employees 5.15. Such other assignments the management may give from time to time. 5.16 Ensure Medical Emergency for employee’s co-ordinate with HR department. 5.17. To Carry out in coming in process and finished goods testing as per quality planning 5.18 Labelling of approved / Rejected materials with lot number 5.19 Disposal of rejected materials in liaison with other departments 5.20 Validation of equipment and processes 5.21. Checking of various process parameters 5.22. Arranging external lab testing 5.23. Coordination with Rubber Board, BIS, PCB etc 5.24. Checking of pond water , Drinking water process water Effluent water etc 5.25. Training of lab workers 5.26. Reporting various quality issues to QA Manager-Admin 5.27 Calibration of equipment in all departments 5.28 Maintaining control sample 5.29 Monitoring the implementation and follow ups of various systems 5.30. Carry out 1000 ml water test 5.31. Stability study of product 5.32. Fumigation of various location 5.33. Investigating customer complaints 5.34. Traceability of products 5.35. Coordination with production, Inspection, Packing, despatch dept 5.36. Maintenance of lab equipment 5.37. Control of various standards 5.38. Corrective and preventive action follow ups 5.39. Implementation of Quality management system at lab 5.40. Approval of latex compound coagulant solution Slurry solution, polymer and any other solutions used for the production purpose 5.41 Execution of any other work assigned in time to time by superiors.
