you ll be our : Industrial Engineer you ll be based at : Ather Factory, Hosur you ll be Aligned with : Lead Industrial Engineering you ll be A member of: Industrial Plant Engineering, Manufacturing Operations What you ll do at Ather: Undertaking Time Motion / MOST Study for the assembly line processes Green Field Plant Design Execution of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for multi variant line Carryout Ergonomics Analysis to provide improvised solution for the assembly activities Preparation of Utility Layouts as per compliance regulations Design optimize internal Material Flow Storage Expertize in Line side part presentation Design Optimize Standardize Material packaging Implementation of Standardized Work concept Reduction of lead times Mudas through Value Stream Mapping Conduct Line Balancing activity for Capacity Enhancements New Product Introductions Effective utilization of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma tools to assist in preparing the feasibility studies ensure that the costs incurred are optimized Effectively manage the Engineering Changes on the Assembly Line Carryout Line Design Layout Planning for single piece flow model Create and analyze linkage of Process Flow Diagrams per part product families Establishing and developing Shop Floor manpower Planning policies procedures Working with Shop Floor Associates to increase work efficiency thus Productivity Here s what we are looking for: Extensive knowledge on Lean Industrial Engineering Principles Concepts Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate Ability to plan execute tasks in the floor following with all safety procedures Strong supervisory and leadership skills Proficient with Computer Skills to prepare documents, generate reports carryout analytics Demonstrate collaborative culture in the team while staying committed to business results and deliverables.
