Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting entries related to production, consumption, and inventory on the shopfloor.
Calculation and evaluation of standards and variation thereof.
Monitor and record raw material issuance and finished goods movement.
Coordinate with store and production teams for timely data reconciliation.
Prepare reports on wastage, rejections, and material variance.
Assist in maintaining cost records related to production and job work.
Support monthly closing activities and coordinate with the central finance team.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and standard accounting practices.
Handle vendor bills, plant expenses, and petty cash transactions.
Conduct periodic physical verification of inventory and fixed assets.
Prepare plant-level MIS and reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.Com or equivalent degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience in plant/shopfloor accounting in a manufacturing setup.
Basic understanding of cost accounting and inventory control.
Proficient in Tally ERP or any other accounting software.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
