Job Title: Associate Director Location: Rohini, Delhi Experience Required: 12+ Years Department: Taxation Reports To: Director / Senior Partner Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned professional for the role of Associate Director to lead client engagements, manage high-performing teams, and contribute to strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise, leadership capabilities, and a strong commitment to client service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple client engagements across domains such as Statutory Audit , Taxation , Internal Audit , or Advisory . Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring service delivery exceeds expectations. Review and finalize audit reports, tax filings, or advisory deliverables. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accounting principles, and internal policies. Mentor and develop junior team members through training, performance reviews, and feedback. Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and participating in proposals/pitches. Contribute to organizational strategy, process improvement, and practice growth initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile: Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification. 12+ years of relevant professional experience in a mid- to large-sized firm or industry. Strong technical knowledge in [choose: IFRS, Ind AS, GST, Income Tax, Internal Controls, etc.] Proven experience in managing client relationships and leading project teams.
