Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary located in Delhi, India. The Company Secretary will handle day-to-day tasks such as maintaining company records, preparing and filing necessary documents, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and providing administrative support to the board of directors. Additionally, the role involves managing shareholder communications and facilitating meetings.
