Indirect Purchase

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing indirect spend categories related to printing (e.g., brochures, POS materials, packaging) and gifting (e.g., corporate gifts, promotional items). Your role will involve supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, vendor evaluation, and ensuring quality, delivery, and cost targets are met. Additionally, you will handle end-to-end procurement processes, analyze market trends, and work closely with various internal teams to forecast needs and plan purchases accordingly. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify suppliers - Negotiate contracts and evaluate vendor performance - Manage procurement processes including RFQs, RFPs, PO creation, and contract administration - Analyze market trends and pricing to drive cost savings - Ensure adherence to company procurement policies - Collaborate with internal stakeholders for timely delivery and stock management of promotional materials Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in category management and indirect procurement - Strong negotiation and vendor management skills - Knowledge of RFQs, RFPs, and contract administration - Ability to analyze market trends and pricing for cost optimization - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and suppliers Additional Details: The company offers benefits such as leave encashment and Provident Fund.
