Job Description

Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Professional at Lenovo's OEM business unit specialized in embedded solutions and IoT domain, you will play a vital role in accelerating the growth and adoption of Lenovo's products and solutions into the Operational Technology (OT) space and digitally transformed environments in India. You will collaborate closely with OEM field sales and direct account teams across Asia Pacific to engage in OEM opportunities and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Achieving Targets: Meeting quarterly financial targets, metrics, and objectives. - Customer Engagement: Driving conversations with customers and partners to maintain and expand OEM business relationships and market share. - Trusted Advisor: Leveraging knowledge of Lenovo's technology to act as a trusted business advisor for customers. - Account Planning: Developing strategies in collaboration with OEM field sales to grow the business by delivering value-based solutions. - Territory Management: Managing territories and accounts, including sales forecasting and engaging cross-functional resources. - Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and expanding Lenovo's footprint. - Pipeline Management: Maintaining accurate pipeline information and providing forecasts for the assigned territory. - Face-to-Face Engagement: Deepening account relationships through in-person visits. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. - Experience: Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the OEM or technology sector. - Skills: - Strong work ethic, drive, and proactive mindset. - Sales track record with key account management experience. - Fluency in English (verbal and written). Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. - Ability to align Lenovo's products with customer needs. - Strong influencing and communication skills. - Proficiency in designing account plans and strategies. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities. - Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
