We have an exciting opportunity for an AR Supervisor in our team. The role would be leading and developing a team of customer-facing roles performing collections, analytics, and dispute resolution for one or more business channels. Requires engagement and alignment with global and regional teams and drives & improves cash flow for the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure to understand principal requirement of services and assign same to correct performing office for handling the services.

Appointing correct performing office in CLS application while creating Optic appointment.

Ensure to adhere set KPI [Key Performance Indicator].

Ensure that CLS Application [Optic] duly updated all the time as per defined process.

Ensure receipt of PDA/CE from Performing Offices and scrutinize the PDA/CE as per agreed rates and dispatch of the same to Principal.

Highlight any issues arising from day-to-day operations and escalate to Team Leader / Line Manager as required.

In case of any urgent requirement from the principal alert the performing offices and inform the Line Manager.

Accountable for ensuring that an appropriate assessment of Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) risk is included as part of work planning.

Accountable for implementation and monitoring of actions to mitigate risk and enhance controls within area of responsibility to ensure the HSSE of both the job holder and other persons who may be affected by acts carried out or failed to be carried out by the job holder.

Ensure full compliance with and implementation of, the ISS HSSE Management System.

Ensure that appropriate resources are allocated to control HSSE risk.

Accountable for ensuring that clear, appropriate, and timely communication channels are put in place to report and manage HSSE risk.

Ensure sales leads/data are input into salesforce.

The post holder will carry out any other duties as are within the scope and purpose of the job as requested by the Line Manager and ensure full utilization of all ISS systems according to Standard Operating Procedures.

Full utilization of Inchcape systems as per ISS Standard Operating Procedures.

Ensure team are accurately inputting operational and commercial information into Inchcape systems in a timely manner.

Championing appropriate health, safety, security and environment (HSSE) risk assessments becomes part of the company culture.

Accountable for the implementation and monitoring of actions that mitigate risk and enhance controls/processes, to ensure that QHSSE of all Inchcape Stakeholders are known and staff/suppliers/crew feel empowered and accountable for their own safety.

Ensure full compliance with, and implementation of, the Inchcape QHSSE Management System

Ensure that appropriate resources are allocated to control QHSSE risk

Accountable for ensuring that clear, appropriate and timely communication channels are put in place to report and manage QHSSE risk
