As the single point of contact in procurement for local business leaders, you will play a crucial role in managing interactions between business units, spend areas, and stakeholders at the local level. Collaborating with global/regional spend areas, business unit leads, and various business stakeholders, you will ensure the successful local implementation of regional or global projects. In this role, your contributions will include: - Leading the India External Manufacturing Sourcing team and being responsible for spend management, development, and execution of sourcing strategies aligned with the MSC vision 2030. - Interacting with cross-functional stakeholders to manage spend and suppliers in alignment with AC/SF commitments. - Negotiating and owning contracts for spend while ensuring controls and compliance. - Bringing external perspectives, generating insights, preparing negotiation materials, supporting project execution, and managing supplier relationships. - Building a future-ready supplier network to enhance Mondelz's competitiveness externally. - Supporting Manufacturing's annual operational plans and targets to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals. - Driving strategic procurement initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple raw material categories. - Leading and developing a team of two direct reports, one for External Manufacturing and one for Supply network/analytics. Direct Deliverables of the role for External Manufacturing include: - Driving and delivering Net Productivity targets in line with India MSC's conversion cost delivery. - Working on strategic projects to enhance value delivery such as NPDs, capacity expansions, and category white space. - Nurturing partnerships to support Mondelz's strategic vision. - Managing and diversifying risks associated with external partners in a compliant manner. Support Deliverables of the role for Supply Network include: - Assisting BU Proc lead in developing a strategic sourcing roadmap using IL6S methodology. - Tracking and ensuring timely delivery of productivity projects for Raw & Pack Materials (RPM). - Supporting strategic initiatives for Supplier Qualification acceleration. - Problem-solving for New Product Development (NPD) and resolving operational issues in key categories like Cocoa and Dairy. To excel in this role, you should bring: - 12+ years of relevant work experience and a drive to accelerate your career. - Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills. - Effective communication and senior stakeholder management abilities. - Commercial acumen with strong financial and business understanding. - Negotiation skills, influence, and collaborative relationship-building capabilities. - Attention to detail, ability to analyze data, and work on scenario analysis. - Technical acumen and foresight to leverage technical advantages with operational teams.
