About The Opportunity
Operating in the legaltech / fintech space, this high-growth venture builds US-India cross-border incorporation and company-formation services for startup founders and high-growth SMEs. The product blends partnerships, legal operations and SaaS-delivered workflows to enable fast, compliant US entity formation and downstream tax & bookkeeping transitions for India-based founders.
Location & Shift
: Bangalore, Karnataka, India — In-office. Shift: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST. This role reports directly to the CEO and will own the product-to-market motion from day zero.Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end US-India incorporation delivery: manage partner integrations (Stripe Atlas, Clerky), oversee document execution and ensure timely client onboarding.
- Serve as primary partner lead: coordinate with Stripe/Clerky and external CAs/lawyers, triage partner queries and drive product/process improvements in the incorporation workflow.
- Drive revenue and volume growth: build and execute a sales plan (lead generation, demos, conversion & onboarding) with weekly targets and performance reporting.
- Operate the execution engine: manage document sets on SaaS platforms, run KYC/AML checks, maintain status dashboards and send action reminders to clients and vendors.
- Design and scale customer-facing playbooks: create onboarding checklists, templates, FAQ content, and run webinars or campaigns with marketing to increase funnel velocity.
- Build & lead the ops team as demand scales: recruit, train and standardise processes to maintain high throughput and service quality.

Qualifications & Profile
- Proven operational bias-to-action with high attention to detail—comfortable working with legal documents and compliance processes.
- Experience with partner management, B2B SaaS onboarding or company secretarial / law-firm workflows preferred.
- Strong written and spoken English; experience managing cross‑timezone relationships and customer demos.
- Comfort using automation/AI tools to increase throughput and speed; willing to work in-office during the assigned shift.
