Act as the key point of contact for production line & product audit material-related quality issues . Strong capability to Review and Validate supplier 8Ds or corrective action reports . Maintain and update incoming quality inspection plans, records, and reports in SAP Contribute to continuous improvement and digitalization projects in the quality domain. Accountable for timely closure of countermeasures for issues identified during line operations and Product Quality Audits . Familiarity with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.) and sampling plans. Preferred candidate profile Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and data analysis/reporting tools. Strong knowledge of GD&T and ability to interpret technical drawings & Specification standards Hands-on experience with reliability testing methods such as Salt Spray, Push-out, Tensile, etc. Strong analytical and communication skills Understanding about core tools 8D,SPC,MSA,FMEA,Kaizen CMM handling knowledge is an added advantage.
