Education : Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical/Automotive/Production) only Experience : Experience candidate in the Product Quality inspection Min 3 years & max 5 years Industry : Automobile or Electrical Components Responsibilities : 1. Team Player, Responsible person & Decision making skill .( Mandatory ) 2. Experiences in Body Shop and Welding components.( Mandatory ) 3. Multi Tasking Person. 4. Basic Knowledges in Core & 7QC tools. 5. Basic Knowledges in Techniques in Body Parts,Fabrications & Sheet Metal. 6. Good working knowledge of quality control standards. 7. Supplier Complaint Handling Person. 8. Excellent communication and liaison skills. (Mandatory) 9. Hands on experience in Layout Dimensional inspection & instrument handling. (Mandatory) 10. Root cause Analysis,CAPA,8D,GD&T Job Descriptions : 1. Inspection, problem part resolution through all phases of operations. 2. Co-ordinating with Quality team involved in assessing quality standards. 3. Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and Customer. 4. Reporting to concern customer & Catalydd, Regularly with Reports and Data. 5. Inspection Activities, Sorting Activities, Monitoring Activities. 6. Maintaining detailed reports on supplier quality, including defect rates and areas that result in flaws. 7. Responsible as the key liaison between operations, suppliers, and the customer, ensuring that overall specifications, quality/regulatory requirements, and expectations. Other Requirement : 1. Adaptability,Teamwork,Growth potential,prioritization. 2. Willing to stay near or travel own to the plant location. 3. Medically fitness mandatory 4. Work Discipline (Safety; Quality); Working on Rotational Shifts 5. Communication on daily work management to Client SPOC person/ Project Leader 6. Bike is Mandatory for travel 7.
