Ability to create detailed drawings including the use of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to convey precise manufacturing specification and assembly instructions for out-sourced manufacturing of tooling. Experience soliciting proposals from vendors and working with vendors as the tool is manufactured. Must be proficient in spoken and written English. Must be self-directed and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and willing to take on new responsibilities which may be outside of normal day-to-day work. Valuable Experiences Familiarity with Creo or Solidworks. Working with high pressure systems or vacuum systems. Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt Certifications. Working as a machinist or quality inspector. Working with presses, punch tools, progressive dies.
