QC Engineer / Sr Engineer

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Quality Inspection: Conduct in-process inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards. Use various testing methods and equipment to assess product quality and identify defects. Process Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes to identify potential areas for improvement. Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent defects. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspection results, testing procedures, and any deviations from quality standards. Generate reports summarizing quality performance and suggesting improvements. Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to address quality issues. Provide feedback to production teams on quality concerns and work together to implement solutions. Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and analyze the root causes of quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions. Participate in problem-solving initiatives to address recurring quality issues. Compliance: Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Stay informed about industry best practices and recommend updates to quality control processes. Training: Train production personnel on quality control procedures and standards. Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the organization. Preferred candidate profile In-Process QC Engineer plays a critical role in maintaining and improving product quality throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring that products meet or exceed established standards.
