Mandatory Skills: Strong communication and ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide timely updates. Practical knowledge of major incident, problem, and change management processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyse, and ensure rapid response and resolution. Familiarity with IT infrastructure and monitoring tools. Experience with incident management tools (Ex:- Service Now, Jira etc) Knowledge of root cause analysis techniques, Driving CAB calls and problem management methodologies.
