Incident Manager

Skill : Technical Skills - Incident Manager (SA 1 = Openings)

Location : Primary location is Coimbatore only

Level : SA (SA level 6 + Relevant experience and L3 support is Mandatory)

Notice Period : (Immediate joiner preferrable or short joiners)

Shift : 24 / 7 Rotational shift (Night Shift).

Work from Office in Hybrid mode.

SA Level max CTC upto 19 LPA (Please negotiate with the candidate / 100 percent of hike is not at all possible)

Roles & Responsibilities

Strong practical ITIL/ITSM skill set with operational experience with some / all of the service design service transition service operation processes

- Demonstrated knowledge of incident management practices activities techniques and tools within a large complex organisation

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong initiative.

- Good judgment in seeking and providing advice and counsel independent of direct management oversight.

- Ability to handle stressful situations effectively.

- Ability to be a teamwork leader.

- Demonstrated Ability to effectively coordinate resolution efforts for escalated issues.

- Understanding the business impacts of critical situations.

- Demonstrated Ability to effectively communicate at the technical and business management level.

- Ability to mentor analysts in the area of handling sensitive accounts or addressing difficult situations.

- Organizational and Strong customer support skills.

- Team player and customer focused.
