As an Inside Sales Specialist at our company, you will be an integral part of our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You should be self-motivated, customer-centric, and able to excel in a dynamic work environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails - Understand customer needs and requirements - Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure - Close sales and achieve the monthly/quarterly quotas - Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest - Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned Territory - Perform effective online demos to prospects **Qualifications Required:** - Proven inside sales experience - Track record of over-achieving quota - Strong phone presence and expertise dialing dozens of calls per day - Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools - Experience working with CRM - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Strong listening and presentation skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively If you are a sales professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets, we look forward to welcoming you to our Inside Sales team.
