Inbound Sales Specialist - US East

As a sales specialist, you will have a crucial role in realizing our ambitious goals of customer acquisition and revenue growth. The position requires you to be at ease with engaging in numerous calls daily, sparking interest, qualifying leads, and converting them into customers. Your responsibilities will include sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails. You will need to comprehend customer needs and preferences, and direct qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further progress and closure. Achieving monthly/quarterly sales quotas, researching accounts, identifying key stakeholders, and maintaining a robust prospect database within your designated Territory are also part of the role. You will be expected to conduct effective online demonstrations to potential clients. The ideal candidate should possess proven experience in inside sales, a history of exceeding sales targets, a strong phone presence with the ability to make numerous calls daily, proficiency in using corporate productivity tools and web presentation software, familiarity with CRM systems, excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective listening and presentation abilities, as well as the capacity to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. The working hours for this position are US East shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM), and the job location is Chennai (Work from office).,
