Job Title: Inbound Sales Executive

Location: Remote / Delhi NCR (Hybrid)
Compensation: ₹6-7.5 LPA Fixed + Performance-based Variable up to ₹5 LPA
Experience Required: 2–5 years in B2C EdTech / EV / Tech Product Sales
Education: Graduate (Engineering / Business / Science preferred)

Role Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Inbound Sales Executive to help scale enrollment for our IIT Guwahati Electric Vehicle (EV) upskilling programs. You will engage with qualified inbound leads and guide them through the program offerings, helping them make informed enrollment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert inbound leads through phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools.
  • Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand learner aspirations and align them with DIYguru programs.
  • Own the sales funnel from initial inquiry to final enrollment with high conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with internal academic and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and daily sales reports.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets, including upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of successful experience in B2C inside sales, preferably in EdTech or upskilling domains.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment.
  • Basic understanding of the EV or sustainability sector is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Workspace, Hubspot, and WhatsApp Business.
