Role & responsibilities Handle inbound or outbound international calls from customers . Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints efficiently and professionally. Maintain customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and scripts during calls. Document call details and maintain records in the CRM system. Upsell or cross-sell services/products when required (if part of a sales process). Meet performance targets such as call quality, call handling time, and customer satisfaction. Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or ticketing systems . Handle back-office tasks such as data entry, order processing, or form verification. Review, analyze, and resolve issues following process guidelines. Ensure timely and accurate responses while maintaining high quality standards. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues when needed. Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times. B.TECH ,B.E, B.Sc, Any Post Graduation fresher are not eligible.
