Provide excellent customer service and high quality experience and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Take accountability to learn and understand about the company products inside and out.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Effective communication, Interpersonal skills and confident speaking skills.
Knowledge and understanding on partner/customer experience metrics i.e NPS, CSAT etc.
Must be able to effectively communicate and deal with partners/customers.
Comfortable with multitask, prioritization and time management.
Must have strong customer service aptitude with the ability to resolve problems and escalated issues.
Strong problem solving and judgment skills.
Knowing Multiple languages will be an added advantage Hindi, English, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, etc
Experience with loans systems & CRM such as leads square, Freshdesk, Livechat Etc
Previous experience in inbound call, Live chat and Email/Ticket team handling management.
