Job Description

  • Client Engagement Lead the management of client relationships and oversee the delivery of consulting engagements that align with client objectives .
  • Project Management Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of highquality solutions that meet client needs.
  • Proposal Development Prepare and present compelling client proposals, leveraging industry insights and best practices to address client challenges.
  • Industry Expertise Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities in the Aviation, Travel & Hospitality sectors to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Solution Design Collaborate with team members to design and implement innovative solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Communication Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and other client deliverables that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Team Leadership Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and highperformance team environment.
  • Continuous Improvement Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at enhancing service offerings and improving operational efficiencies.

Education qualification
  • Master s degree in business , Economics, Aviation Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on Aviation, Travel & Hospitality or related industries.
  • Proven experience in delivering consultancy engagements and preparing client proposals.
  • Prior experience in Digital Transformation related to Travel & Hospitality verticals
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum Methodologies; Scrum Master/Product Owner certifications are preferable, not mandatory
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and produce highquality work under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industryspecific software and tools is advantageous .
  • Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.

Degrees/Field of Study required MBA (Master of Business Administration)
