Job Description

Client Engagement Lead the management of client relationships and oversee the delivery of consulting engagements that align with client objectives .

Project Management Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of highquality solutions that meet client needs.

Proposal Development Prepare and present compelling client proposals, leveraging industry insights and best practices to address client challenges.

Industry Expertise Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities in the Aviation, Travel & Hospitality sectors to provide strategic recommendations.

Solution Design Collaborate with team members to design and implement innovative solutions tailored to client requirements.

Communication Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and other client deliverables that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.

Team Leadership Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and highperformance team environment.

Continuous Improvement Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at enhancing service offerings and improving operational efficiencies.

Years of experience required

Education qualification

Master s degree in business , Economics, Aviation Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.

2 to 5 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on Aviation, Travel & Hospitality or related industries.

Proven experience in delivering consultancy engagements and preparing client proposals.

Prior experience in Digital Transformation related to Travel & Hospitality verticals

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum Methodologies; Scrum Master/Product Owner certifications are preferable, not mandatory

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and produce highquality work under tight deadlines.

Knowledge of industryspecific software and tools is advantageous .

Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.

Education

Degrees/Field of Study required MBA (Master of Business Administration)
