Stakeholder Management Maintain open communication with stakeholders addressing concerns and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Project Management Manage project timelines budgets and resources ensuring the project is delivered on time and within scope. Change Management Collaborate with the change management team to develop strategies to effectively transition users to the new SAP system. Testing and Quality Assurance Lead the testing process including unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing to ensure the system functions as intended.
