Job Description

To ensure youre set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

Work with development teams to create business cases across product areas.
Good communicator, willing to work with multiple teams for the good of IMS at BMC.
Familiarity with IMS. Knowledge of the IMS system structure and components including IMS Transaction Manager, IMS Database Management (both Fast Path and Full Function), and IMS DBCTL processing.
Familiarity with at least one or more of the BMC IMS products. The more products you are familiar with, the better.
Familiarity with BMC processes such as Quarterly Maintenance deliveries, BMC Communities, Documentation processing, Customer support, and Request for Enhancement processing via AHA!.
Willingness to learn basic processing of all of the BMC IMS products including features and prerequisites.
Ability to present BMC product and feature overviews in a customer facing situation when needed.
Good organizational skills are needed to keep track and maintain RFE and Jira activity.
Organize and run meetings for special projects and to gather information for quarterly reviews.
Strong work ethic. Creative thinker. BMC IMS committed.
