Job Role:
Product Manager
Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead our software development team in driving product strategy and ensuring successful delivery of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Product StrategyDefine and communicate the product strategy in alignment with the Product goals. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
Team Management
Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, delivery managers, software developers, designers, and other cross-functional team members. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
Product Delivery
Lead and oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. Own the product backlog and prioritization, ensure the delivery of product management best practices Familiarity with UML, and other requirements gathering methodologies Develop and manage product roadmaps to ensure timely delivery of products. Implement agile methodologies to enhance team efficiency and adaptability.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for the product delivery team Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and performance metrics to stakeholders regularly. Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to inform product enhancements and iterations.
Technical Expertise
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure product feasibility and alignment with technical capabilities. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management and software development.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on software development. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing software development projects. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with tools such as ADO, Miro, or similar project management software.
