Job Purpose
- As a Product Manager, you will own and drive execution of a specific product area (Customer Experience or Operations) within Ninja Mart. You will translate business goals into actionable roadmaps, collaborate closely with design, engineering, and business stakeholders, and deliver features that solve real user problems while supporting overall company objectives. Success in this role means creating products that are adopted by users and stakeholders, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and speed of execution.
Responsibilities
- Define, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes.
- Work with engineering and design teams to write clear requirements, scope features, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations, and act as the voice of the customer.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze product usage to iterate quickly and improve product experience.
- Define success metrics for features, monitor performance post-launch, and drive continuous improvement of product KPIs.
Requirements
- 3 6 years of product management experience, preferably in a tech or platform company.
- Proven ability to own a product end-to-end, from ideation to delivery, in an Agile environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Customer-first mindset with strong ownership and accountability for outcomes.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow.
