Join our Team

About The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Engineer – IMS to join our team and lead the coordination, execution, and troubleshooting of high-level reactive maintenance activities in Core Network domains. You will be responsible for supporting complex technical issues beyond the scope of 1st level Operations, ensuring service continuity and adherence to processes like MSTOP.

What You Will Do

Perform configuration changes, hardware expansions, and troubleshooting activities for:CS Core Nodes: MSC, MGW, HLR, HSS, STP, SBCIMS Core Nodes: UDM (CUDB, HSS-FE, HLR-FE), P-CSCF, I-CSCF, S-CSCF, ATS, MGCF, MRFP, CG, ENUM, DRA, UPGEnsure all actions follow approved and standardized operational processes (MSTOP)Conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and prepare technical reportsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution and network enhancementsMaintain documentation of configurations, issues, and resolutions

You Will Bring

Strong knowledge of telecom protocols including:SIP, H.248, SS7, ISUP, BICC, SIGTRAN, INAP, CAP, TCAP, MAP, SCCP, DiameterDeep understanding of:Call flows in CS CoreIMS / VoLTE architecture and operationsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve complex IMS and legacy network issuesStrong analytical and communication skills

Key Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or related fieldExperience: Relevant years in Core Network operations and support, particularly IMS/VoLTERelevant certifications in IMS, VoLTE, or Network Operations (optional but preferred)
