Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Import Procurement Specialist located in Manesar. The Import Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating international procurement activities. This includes sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing shipments, ensuring compliance with import regulations, and maintaining accurate records of transactions and inventories. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with international procurement, sourcing suppliers, and negotiating contracts.
• Knowledge of import regulations, customs procedures, and documentation.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills, including inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Prior experience in the electronics or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
