Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Import Pricing and Customer Service Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The role involves providing competitive import pricing and quotations, responding to customer inquiries, and managing the pricing process. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, handling customer service tasks, and ensuring smooth communication with clients. The role also requires monitoring shipments, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while supporting logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in import pricing, freight forwarding, and cargo logistics processes.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and the use of logistics software systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic on-site environment and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Knowledge of national and international trade regulations is an added advantage.
• At minimum, a bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
