Details of the requirement are given below for your reference: 1) Client Company : Service Industry 2) Position : Import Export Manager 3) Experience Required : 3+ years 4) Salary Negotiable : Salary - Rs. 20000 PM to 40000 PM Depending upon candidates knowledge 5) Job Location : Chandkheda, Ahmedabad 6) Job Description :  Manage end-to-end import and export documentation in compliance with DGFT, Customs, and other regulatory authorities.  Independently handle pre- and post-clearance activities for inbound and outbound shipments.  Coordinate Import/Export documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Entry, Shipping Bill, Duty Calculation Sheets, etc.  Visit Customs, ports, and airports as required to coordinate clearance and resolve queries/issues on the ground.  Ensure timely filing of BOE, Shipping Bills, and other necessary documents through CHA coordination.  Liaise effectively with customs officers, port authorities, shipping lines, and logistics partners.  Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and prompt clearance without demurrage/detention.  Maintain proper records for all import/export transactions for audit and compliance purposes.  Prepare and submit pre-clearance reports, duty structures, costing reports, and other management reports related to import/export operations.  Stay updated with changes in Customs Laws, FTAs, DGFT regulations, and export-import policies.  Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, finance, and warehouse) for the smooth inward and outward flow of goods.  Handle re-export, returns, temporary import/export, and bonded warehouse operations, if any.
