Import Export Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage export and import documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, BL, COO, etc.)

Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and CHA for smooth shipment execution

Handle export incentives such as RoDTEP, Drawback, EPCG, Advance License, etc.

Maintain accurate records for customs clearance and DGFT filings

Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely dispatch and documentation readiness

Ensure compliance with all DGFT, Customs, and Export Promotion Council requirements

Track import and export shipments and keep records

Maintain strong follow-up for payments and export documentation closures

Requirements:

Graduate or Postgraduate (preferably in Commerce or International Business)

2–5 years of experience in export–import documentation and operations

Good understanding of DGFT, ICEGATE, and customs procedures

Familiarity with export incentive schemes and documentation software (e.g., DGFT portals)

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
